Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.
We offer a 30-day return policy. That's right, you've got a whole month (30 days, to be precise) to decide if your new item sparks joy. If not, it’s time to send it back to us!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and still in its original packaging. Basically, no wild adventures with your new purchase before deciding it’s not for you!

Once we give you the green light, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first – Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customer-Initiated Returns: If you’re returning an item because it’s not quite your style (or it’s just not vibing with you), the return shipping cost is on you.
Product Issues: If the item you received is faulty (not including if you tried to use it as a surfboard), we’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label; just pop by your local post office, print it out, stick it on the box, and you’re good to go. No need to pay for return shipping – it’s on us!

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you find it’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can sort it out and make things right.
Want to swap for something else? The quickest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. Easy peasy!
If your order is headed to the European Union, you’ve got a 14-day window to cancel or return it, no questions asked. As always, the item must be in the same condition you received it in – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. And don’t forget that receipt!
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, we’ll process it and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it might take a bit for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the refund, drop us a line at info@funwaterboard.com.
Certain items can’t be returned, like perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products). We also can’t take back hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure, give us a shout!
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Those are final, my friend!
